Knit your own Chunky Mohair Cardigan Blossom Blue: an oversized cardigan with a bold fair isle pattern of diamonds and zigzags in pink, yellow and black on a soft blue base, finished with pink and blue striped sleeves.
This is an easy pattern. We explain everything you need to know and we tell you step by step what to do. The entire pattern is supported with a line drawing which shows the number of stitches. Available in English, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian.
Because of the stranded colorwork, this is a thick, warm cardigan. It feels more like a cozy jacket, perfect to wear over a top or thin sweater.
Yarn and colors: You knit with 2 strands held double of MYPZ Chunky Kidmohair DK, a high quality fine brushed mohair that does not pill. These brushed yarns may shed a little but after a while this will subside.
Gauge: 8 sts x 9 rows = ± 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 12 mm needles.
Tip: if you tend to knit tightly, we recommend choosing one size up.

The yarn amounts in this kit are based on our gauge. If your tension is different, the size and the amount of yarn you need will be a bit different too.
